| Hi, I am 35 y/o disability pensioner who is seeking a property for my partner (she is an aged carer) and our 8 y/o daughter. We are not too choosy about the location of the property, we like the Kinglake/Whittlesea or the Dandenongs areas, but we would seriously consider any possibilities. Also, we are not picky about the condition of the property, and would actually prefer something less than perfect, as we are all quite handy and creative, and there is also the issue of better value for us if there is work needed to be done!

| we lost everything in the fires at kinglake, i own my own business, i dont want to rent, the bank wont give me money to buy, 3 kids and the wife need our own place again, our property in kinglake is worth 130000 and is on the market. my cra took a good hit after the fires. no matter what the government say-there not helping us...

My family and I are moving to Bendigo for a while.
I am looking for one of the below options (would prefer option 2):
1) A house to rent that has enough space for horses (preferably strathfieldsaye side of town)
OR
2) A house that is for sale that has enough space for horses (preferably strathfieldsaye side of town) where the owner will consider a sale in which pay around $100,000
up front, and then agree to a pay the remaining amount via monthly payments (presumably at higher than bank rates - to allow them to use the $100K plus my repayments
to secure their next home).
