| Ex Sydney family now well established in the rural beauty of the Bega Valley (4 years) with both parents in solid FT employment & a small v.profitable sidebusiness needs Vendor Finance to rejoin the ranks of property ownership.
Sadly, a failed insurance policy led to a failed business resulting in bankruptcy. This has now been discharged. We were almost debt free before, but now we are fully debt free with all of our disposable funds available to service our mortgage and buy our equity ( and future).
Subject to terms, we believe we can pay out your vendor finance in 3 years, possibly less, if you want a quick, profitable investment. (By qualifying for bank finance after purchasing enough equity)
Alternatively, we need your help for around 5 years at which time we may own the property.
We think we qualify in every respect except our discharged bankruptcy. We pay $19,000 p.a. in rent and have never been late in the past 4 years ( not even by a day)
Prior to that, we had an excellent record of overpayment on our mortgages in Sydney (we had several properties).

| Hi there, my partner of nine years is a stable NSW government worker and myself running a start up business. We currently pay over $600 a week in rent and have alwaysaid around this price for the last six years, staying in each rental for 1-2 years before having to move due to sale of homes or whatever. We are sick of moving and sick of paying so much dead money. We have what I believe to be reference as good as they could ever possibly be. We would like to buy a use and sound around $500 per week through vendor finance. We are not interested in a rent to own scheme. We are not suitable for bank loans we doubt, as my income is not something that works on paper so to speak and we have just never really applied. However vendor finance would be our sort of thing and we are eligible for first home buyers grant.
