| I am relocating to Tassie after selling my house in Sydney and will be in Hobart around the 23rd June 2010. I would like to rent a property that is 30 to 45 minutes south, south east or similar from Hobart and am seeking a quaint, cottage style of place with lots of character. Don't mind if it is a church, flour mill or similar, but needs to have character and not a typical suburban style of 70's house. I am prepared to pay 6 months rent in advance as I don't have a rental background as I have owned my my house previously.
It is just for me and will be working in Hobart. So I would really appreciate anyone contacting me with a property that they feel would be suitable. Could I have a photo of the house sent to me as well please.
