Looking for a house in the above areas, a front or rear yard is not essential, preferably with air con, built in robes and bath tub.
However we do require that we remain close to public transport, schools and shopping fascilities. We are a small newly married family whom are very quiet and clean. We always pay our rent on time and we have excellent references. We do not own pets. We are currently leasing a home in Parkholme, although the owners of the premises are going to sell in a few short weeks. We require a home by the beginning of March.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
