Hi, we are looking for a property with acreage, preferably 100 acres plus, with good water and good pasture for horses (native grasses a preference but not a necessity). Fences in reasonable condition etc. No black soil blocks.
Would like the property to have a house in good condition. With a minimum of 2 bedrooms, not particularly fussy with house options.
We would like to buy using the Vendor Finance Option if we can, with the option to either use outright vendor finance or rent to buy. Looking at anything from $100,000 plus.
We are currently just looking around in areas that we like.
