Many Bues are avalable for a 3 mins walk to & from Bus Stop & Tram Stop (No.86). Please see the attached of photos of my unit facility . One car space available.
Also, my house is close to RMIT university ( take only 10 mins ), Latrobe University ( take 15 mins ), NMIT Bundoora ( take 15 mins) and North park private hospital ( take 8 mins to walk ) . Very Convenience to going around Coles and Safeway Super Market, ALDI super Market, Post Office, Commwealth Bank, Asian Grocery Shops, Woman Gym, Chemist and Restaurants.
