I am looking to obtain vendor finance for a property specified above. I am over 45 with a good income ($82000) and have no dependents. I had no thought for the future previously and I do not have a deposit so banks dont want to deal with me even though I would be more than capable of servicing a mortgage. I feel I am running out of time to try and own a property, I would even be happy with a small 1 bedroom unit as long as the stata rules do not exclude small dogs as I have one and would not part with.
