HI, My name is Michelle and I am 34yrs old with a part time job as a bookkeeper and have 3 kids. I have been divorced for about 2 years and i lost my house to my ex and me and the kids had to find a place to rent. Anyway i am sick of renting and would like a stable home for my kids. The banks will not have anything to do with me as i got told i was a woman and a liability ( nice hey!) I have a deposit of $5000 and i am currently paying $350pw in rent. I own my own car and i have no debts or bad credit rating and have excellent rental references.
