Hi there
I'm urgently seeking share accommodation with other females in Brisbane or its surrounding areas.
What I'm looking for:
*Share accommodation furnished house with other females aged 21-35
* Own room not a share room
*Furnished - bed, wardrobe, desk
*Wireless internet ~ IMPORTANT
*Rent should include expenses - electricity, gas, internet, water
* As a student I can realistically afford only $140 per week including expenses (may be willing to pay more depending on facilities & work situation)
*Car space or on street car parking
*Long term sub-lease preferable as I hate moving around
*Not too far from the CBD as I don't want to spend too much on petrol or travel expenses
I'm a fairly sociable laid back open minded kinda gal who is fun to be around but I also respect others privacy. I'm clean & tidy but I'm not a neat freak nor am I a party animal.
Ideally would like to share with either other girls similar age group 21-35 who enjoy hanging out & having a drink & a laugh at the end of the week.
