Hi there!
me and my boyfriend are seeking an inner city (preferably inner west) rental from the 31st of December onwards, as we're moving over from Perth. We're looking for either a room or preferably a one bedroom apartment, costing up to $300 per week. We're both clean, non-smoking conscientious lefties with no pets and a great renting history, references available upon request. My partner will be working full time and I will be either working part time and acting part time or studying full time at NIDA.
