My partner and I are looking for a property in Toowoomba with 20% vendor finance. Am happy to provide credit reports etc. It is simply because we don't have any GENUWIN savings. The bank will only do this now unless there is a guarantor or 20% deposit. Hence 20% vendor finance. We will pay interest on the deposit and get the 80% loan from the bank. If we find somewhere before end of september we will also have the $14k deposit.
