hi we are a pensioner couple good finance record. we sold our house to travel australia which we did for 3 years but lost our invested money as many did in the crush so are now on welfare but we are very sound purchasers no out goings except the rent etc that we now pay our rent is prohibitive and is eating away at the little we have left very fast we need vendor help on no deposit to fix this up my wife is a lot younger thn me so longivity is available we woulg like to pay no more than $200.00 per week less if possible and we are seeking a place east of melbourne. If there is someone out there that can help us we would be for ever grateful. repairs to a property are no probsas is the same for continuing maintenance. thank you for any consideration .
