Am a single Mum who has been working full time on contract for the last few years. Have recently commenced a 12 month contract with ability to extend. Have been paying $125 per week rent for over 12 months. Can afford $200 per week repayments. Don't have a deposit and not eligible for FHOG. Can anyone help me? I don't want to keep paying rent forever. Would like a unit or small house in the Latrobe Valley region somewhere. Am a discharged bankrupt (financial ruin caused by breakdown of marriage)
