I am sick to death of paying someone elses morgage and would like to pay my own morgage and rates and not have to worry about rental rules and regulations.
I am looking for either vender finance or a rent to buy arrangement so I can own my own home.
I am a single women in the mid 40's, no children, although my dogs are my family.
I am on a disibility pension ( more secure than working ) Would like a cottage on a couple of acres for my ponies, but am also interested in a house with a huge backyard and very good fencing to keep the dogs in the yard ,and a water tank ,I can afford to make repayments up to $165.00 a week.
