Hi,
my name is Nils, I am a student at the Technical University of Munich, Germany (studing mechanical engineering).
I am searching for a furnished room up to 160 AUD near RMIT University.
Up from the 15th April I will spend 4 months in Melbourne in order to write a term paper at the Wackett Centre of Aerospace at RMIT University. I have to leave Melbourne on the 16th of August 2009.
I am living in a flat share as well, for 3 years now here in Munich. So I understand the “system of flat/house sharing”.
I am very easy going, friendly, clean, tidy, open minded, flexible and a non smoker. I love doing sports. During my time in Melbourne, I also like to get in contact with guys like me and get to know a bit of the country, people and culture of Australia as well.
For sure I am reliable with paying the rent, bills and bond.
