Hello,
My husband and I are looking to buy a home on acreage through Vendor Finance terms. We are looking for a property with 1+ acres. Preferably not too far from the Sunshine Coast - as my husband owns a business and needs to be able to travel to the Noosa area for work.
We are very happy to renovate, and we would like a home with 2+ bedrooms. We collect antiques, so older homes are preferred - but any home would be considered :)
We do have a deposit, and we currently pay $500.00 per week rent, and I believe that we could comfortably afford payments up to $600.00 or so per week perhaps even more.
