We are looking for vendor finance for a property that has a school close as we have 3 children and one on the way due end of March, we prefer it to be a 5 bedroom. We really want to get out of the rental trap and paying off our own home. My Husband is on a disability pension due to a rare condition the doctors don't know anything about yet and is unable to work so conventional finance is very hard for us to get . The repayments we can afford are $400 a week which can be increased when I return to work after the baby is born. If you can help us please call.
