looking for Apartment complex/building with 1 or 2 bedroom units, minimum 6 units. If needing renovation - no problem as long as structure is good. Occupancy not an issue. Reasonable area a must. Self storage units with a 50% - 80% occupancy also on my radar. Must be in a reasonabally high trafic area. Looking for a seller who has had enough and wants to sell at a fair price.
