have good sized property located in rural WA and am looking to relocate to tasmania next year but will look at other areas and states. Would like to swap properties for more info please drop a line.
Below is a brief outline reagrding the property I own and would like to swap.
3bd, 1b with separate 1bd, 1b with lounge room granny flat.
large corner block with good neighbour fencing, limestone garden beds and a paved pathway at the front of the house, undercover parking for 1 car and big double gates that lead to enclosed area in front of the 6 by 6 1/2 m colourbound shed.
freshly painted through out both the house and the granny flat with new carpet due in the bedrooms shortly and floorboards in the lounge of the main house and the granny flat has a tiled floor.
There are two hot water systems on the property one for the house and one for the granny flat.

I am currently in the process of attaining permission to extend the main house to add extra bedrooms, ensuite, larger dining room, more storage space, walk-in linen closets and walk-in robes to the bedrooms etc.
As I would like to relocate next year I need to swap for a 3bd property preferably with a shed near a high school other facilities are not a matter of importance, will consider all areas of tasmania.
