Seeking Vendor finance on rural land minimum of five acres up to 150acres. Livable abode would be a bonus, fencing, dams etc also on the bonus list!
We are 2xF/T income family with three children, currently renting in Brisbane, need to stay in Brisbane for the n ext two to three years in which time pay off enough equity for the banks to allow us to refinance or stay with vendor if arrangment is agreeable. Would like to move to the country within the next three years. Require Vendor finance due to the lack of interest from main stream finance to consider rural properties.
