I am a private investor who buys property from people who need to sell quickly. I have finance approved and can typically settle within 5-10 business days, subject to you providing access to your property for valuations and inspections.
I am after quality property in good repair that does not require renovation to rent out. I don't mind if the property is a home or investment property. If it is your current home and you want to continue living there I will try to accomodate.
I do not have a limit to the number of properties and like to settle on a property a month.
