Hi, we are 2 families wanting to live on the land and would love to rent/buy a large property to breed some horses and run cattle/sheep for extra income. We are very hard working and would like to teach our children the values in life. we would prefer vendor finance or rent/buy as we have no deposit for finance for rural property at present. We currently pay high rent and the other family has a small house on the market, we all have present incomes.
