We are sick of renting & paying off someone else's home, but due to an illness a few years ago it scarred our credit & are unable to go through the normal channels. We are looking for vendor finance, rent-to-buy. We are willing to pay upto & between $350-400 per week. We are both in fulltime work, and have 3 children. Looking mainly around the loganlea & surrounding areas as it is close to work for both of us & the childrens schools. If you think you maybe able to help us we look forward to hearing from you.
