I am a mature, responsible female academic, who is also a dedicated winter swimmer in the ocean pools, to which I need some reasonable proximity. I am looking for a long-term lease on a pleasant house or apartment that has some outlook and plenty of light. I like older houses, with some garden space and a good bath. My knees don't work all that brilliantly anymore, so steep stairs are out.
I'm a good tenant, who makes their house a home, and really don't want to be in a situation where have to move again in a hurry, so not interested in renting a house that is also going up for sale in the foreseeable future.
