Hi- I am a mature-aged working lady whose kids have just left home and am in the position of FINALLY having a positive cash flow to finance a home. It has been a dream for many years and I have now saved a deposit and am looking for properies.
Ideally, I am looking for something in Perth, West Perth, East Peth, Mt Lawley, Subi, Freo .. etc .. and I have a passion for period buildings with polished boards etc. I just missed out on a lovely one bedroom character appt and I am hoping to locate something similar - size isn't important!!
