Dear Vendors , \\\\\\\"HELP\\\\\\\" We are a family of 5 , who would love the opportunity to purchase our own home on acreage (30+) in queensland. We are currently renting and are unable to put a large deposit together that finance companies are requesting (being a rural area ). We hope to obtain vendor finance or rent to buy ( willing to pay approx $280.00 per week ) .We have exellent references from our landlords/realestates . We are stable in both work and finances. We would like the opportnity to be paying off our own home and not renting forever. Thanks
