Hi, we are moving from nsw and require a 3x2 or 4x2 home with double lock up garage, and airconditioning(essential), dishwasher (preferable). We would like a long term lease. we have 2 girls aged 1 and 4 and a strictly outdoor golden retriever. I am a nurse/midwife and my husband is in a managerial position. We have owned our own home for the past 5 years and look forward to a friendly home to rent, upon our move to Perth in June 06. Thank you
