I am an ex wool man, and mature writer, now single, seeking a quiet location in which to work. Preferably with views and productive, suitable for horses, and with original homestead (in need of renovation is okay) and sheds, with at least one big weather proof shed for storage, and handy to town. For relaxation I like to restore old things and gardens. No objection to sharing the place on a share farming and/or vendor retirement basis if compatible
