I am looking for short term accommodation from March/April 2006 for approximately 8-12 months while our house is being built. I would prefer to rent closest to Marian College, Kenthurst but will consider places with regular bus service to the school. We have no pets with us (they will remain on our property) and only one of our 3 children is below 10. We are a nonsmoking, nondrinking family, both parents employed and a son employed/at uni. We do not require a lot of storage space since we will be storing most of our possessions elsewhere. We are property owners ourselves, so will respect and tend your property with care for the duration of the short lease.
