We are a couple looking for a house with either a rent/buy option or vendor finance. We both have very bad credit ratings as a result of a failed business a couple of years back. We earn good money and can pay a small deposit. Just looking for second chance. Finance company will lend us 80% so maybe an option would be to pay of the remaining 20%. Will look at almost any area in and around Brisbane.
