Looking for any type of property via vendor/owner finance. Will consider any suburban home, any interest rate (within current trends), any loan term to 25 years, and any price range. I am the anathema of home loan providers and real estate agents: A single mother (post-grad student, with a two-year-old son) who needs a break to stop paying rent, start paying a mortgage, and provide my child with a real home. Good credit rating but without savings, able to put a maximum 200/pw into the loan, and eligible for the first home buyers grant. Can anyone accept these pre-conditions and assist?
