The wife my 2 children and I are looking for vendor finance. I own a home in terowie SA that is werth around $45,000 that I will be putting up for vendor financein the next few months.Our lease will run outin a few weeks,mid Febuary. We have been paying $210 a week for the past year and have found the payment easy to deal with.will pay more for the right house. We also own a home in Peterborough that is currently being rentedfor $85.00 pw.we can get $120pw.but we still owe $15.000,the home in Peterborough is wearth around $80,000 willing to trade aswell,any ideas welcome.
