Currently living in Paddington and as my current lease expires end of March, looking to move around then - earlier is possible. Close walk to public transport and shops is a must-have. Property MUST have built-in robes. Electric stove/oven preferred. Would prefer some sort of security, even if it's just security screens. Communal laundry or access to washing maching is preferred but not necessary. Would prefer something modern but again not necessary. Looking to pay approx $80-$200 per week in rent. 1-3 bedrooms - need only the one for myself, but extra is a bonus.
