Shop for food outlet. No cooking on site so no deep fryers, ovens, stoves neccessary. Big open windows from the shop front, preferably both sides if possible. Shop should be in a strategic setting where the main focus is to target corporate clients but should also be able to entice street traffic which will include shoppers, tourist, and students. High ceilings would be an advantage. Food preparation would ideally be visible from the front of shop window but not absolute. A property that has already been used for food would be an advantage. Our aim - 3 to 4 shops within first year of business.
