Registering at YourEstate.com.au automatically gives you access to all the member services.
The Basic Package for property advertising and Wanted Ads at YourEstate.com.au are FREE.
Please make sure you have read and
understood our Terms and Conditions
and Privacy Policy before you
create your account.
Currently we have: Property Owners'
Service, Property Seekers'
Service and Business Directory Service.
There will be other member services latter, so it is worthwhile to "tick" the option "I would
like to receive e-mail notifications about new services at YourEstate.com.au" on the
"Registration Form" (when you first create your account) or on "Edit Personal Profile Form"
(when you edit your existing profile).

could be an answer to your question.

Property Owners' Service is for those who wish to sell, lease or rent out their property
themselves. Please note: this excludes real estate agents. Real estate agencies should
contact us separately to be
able to use services at YourEstate.com.au.
You will be able to:
| Create unlimited property listings for any of the following categories: Residential Sales,
Residential Rentals, Holiday Rentals, Commercial Sales, Commercial Lease, Business Sales,
Land Sales and Rural Sales |

| Upload up to 100 pictures, 3 Mb each (very good image quality), for each of your property listings (this option is not available for Basic Package. Please see our Advertising Packages and Prices for more info.) |
| |
| Specify up to 10 inspection dates and times |
| |
| Add comments about your property of up to 8000 characters (you could describe Buckingham Palace) |
| |
| Add any unique features your property has (i.e. sauna, spa, swimming pool, cable TV etc) |
| |
| Match your property listings with Property Seekers' profiles saved in our database |
| |
| Make your property listing visible to thousands of property seekers and real estate agents
immediately after you've created it |
| |
| Protect your privacy - you can choose what contact details you want to display for each of
your listings, you may choose not to display any information at all, in that case people will
only be able to send you e-mail through a form without seeing your e-mail address |

|

Property Seekers' Service is for those who wish to find a property to purchase, rent or
lease.
You will be able to:
| Create up to
5 Property Seekers' Profiles (a Property Seekers' Profile is your specification of what property you are
looking for) for any of the following categories: Buy Residential, Rent Residential, Holiday Rent,
Buy Commercial, Lease Commercial, Buy Business, Buy Land and Buy Rural |

| For each of your Property Seekers' Profiles specify up to 5 different property types
and up to 10 different suburbs |
| |
| Specify your "must haves" - property features that are important to you |
| |
| Make your profile visible to thousands of property owners and real estate agents
immediately after you've created it, members of YourEstate.com.au will be able to match
properties they advertise through this site with your profile |
| |
| Match your profile with properties in our database just by clicking on a hyper link |
| |
| Set up an e-mail alert - properties matching criteria in your profile will be sent to
you at the frequency you specify (i.e. daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly) |
| |
| Print out your Property Seekers' Profile - give it to real estate agents so that they
know exactly what property you are looking for |
| |
| Protect your privacy - you can choose what contact details you want to display for each of
your profiles, you may choose not to display any information at all, in that case people will
only be able to send you e-mail through a form without seeing your e-mail address |
