It's in a good location as it has Coles, Epping Station, a pub, a park, a TAB and lots of takeaway shops all within a five minute walk. You would be sharing with a male uni student who likes to have fun. There is a LUG but I don't have a car so you would have full-access. The room has built-ins but is unfurnished.
