The 2 bedroom unit is situated on the 6th floor on the Esplanade in Surfers Paradise near the South gate of the race track. The races can be watched closely. The racing cars slowing down on the south-eastern corner and can then be watched accelerating up the sauth / north strait.
The unit is fully furnished and accommodates up to 6 adults (4 beds, matrices are available to sleep in the living room).
Included in the prize will be three 4 day resident/guest passes, worth 150 dollars each. On site parking for one car is also available.
The unit will be available from Monday, September 11 to Sunday, October 29, 2006.
