We are offering a room for rent in our spacious three bedroom apartmant. Our place has a real grande old style to it with 12ft high ceilings and marble fireplace in the living room. Polished timbers flow throughout most of the apartment. The chef's kitchen features deep granite bench-tops, stainless steel appliances, hide away fridge, garden views and leads to the separate sunroom. The property also features an internal laundry system with dryer. The room for rent is filled with plenty of natural light with a door on to the verandah which is a sort of inside/outside part of teh house. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other male tenant who is clean and tidy. The bathroom is a real centrepiece of the apartment with marble everything, large bathtub and seperate shower. We also have high speed wireless internet and foxtel.
You will be living with one other male and a couple all in their mid twenties. We are all a cruisy bunch, very social, but not too loud and don't mind shared meals and hanging out together. The apartment is on a main road with easy access to trains, buses and walking distance from local bars, pubs and shops. Bondi junction is about 10mins up the road and Edgecliff about 5 mins down the road.
