the building - intercom security, 1 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to the river, buses nearby and taxi rank directly outside. walking distance to park road (cafes, restaurants etc) and convenience shops etc.
the unit - BIG apartment, biggest i've seen in this area in this price range. very large living area, good sized kitchen. older style but well maintained, comfortable space.
the room - BIG master bedroom with ensuite. the room opens onto the balcony. comfortably fits a king size bed, study table and tv cabinet. also has a built in wardrobe.
the housemate - busy but friendly, laid-back 20 something female. i don't spend a lot of time at home but like to be able to relax when i am here. seeking a mature, easygoing kind of person.
one minor issue - i don't want to have a tv in the loungeroom (!) but the available room is comfortably big enough to watch tv in...!
