I have a room available 11th November for a female n/s 20-30yo.
The room is in a newly renovated two bedroom flat in Manly with harbour views, brand new kitchen, full bathroom and share laundry.
Great location - minutes walk to the wharf, corso and beach. Excellent for ferry commuters.
The flat is furnished with a new microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV and sofas (room is unfurnished). I am also happy to accommodate any furniture, appliances, etc you want to bring along.
You will be sharing with me, a 22yo female professional n/s. I grew up on the beaches and i just love it here. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I really appreciate a good sense of humour, and i'm clean and tidy but not anal about it.
Rent is $250/wk + bond + shared expenses. Stay of 6mths+ preferred.
