The house is freshly painted and the floorboards are newly polished.
The house has all furniture, with each room having a bed, mattress, fitted sheet, pillow case, flat sheet, desk, bin, lamp, bedside table and wardrobe. Each room has a lockable door to keep your items secure when you are out.
The share areas of the house will have a fridge, microwave, washing machine, 6 seater dining table, lounges, tv, cutlery, kettle, toaster and saucepans etc.
The house also has an alarm system with deadlocks front and rear.
There are 2 clothes baskets and clothes airers. The house also has an outside line.
There is parking for about 6 to 8 cars. There is a lockable shed that can will have a spare couch and can store bicycles.
The bus stop is 100m away, the bus goes to either the city or marion shopping centre.
The train is also 100m away and goes to the city (20 minutes).
Flinders Uni is 15 minutes walk (1.5km walk).
The bond is 2 weeks rent ($250) and we ask that rent is paid 1 week in advance.
The rent will work out to $150 per room in total per room.
$125 is your rent, the other is $25 towards all bills, this includes:

local phone calls,
gas,
electricity,
water, including excess charges,
cleaning fortnightly of common areas,
Garden maintenance.
Your only expense will be food.
