The key points for us are CONSIDERATION, OPEN-MINDEDNESS and INTEGRITY. If you have these three things, you've created the space for a house that is relaxed, easygoing and fun.
* The house is *OLD* and of *MODEST* appearance! Yet it's also spacious, light, airy and comfortable - a nice atmosphere. There's a rec room with gym equipment and stuff for meditation/reading. A verandah and backyard. Polished floorboards. High-speed internet. Easy on-street parking.
* Sharing with just two others.
In St Peters (next to Newtown).
It's *8 MINUTES WALK* to King Street and St Peters Station, 5 to Marrickville Metro.
Six months minimum stay. Bond: $496, payable in advance. Age 22-37 is ideal but we're open.
