Hi,
Im looking for 2 easy going, friendly & fun, but respectful housemates....just the usual stuff!
Im a 24 y/o professional male who also goes to uni. I am really easy to get along with and like to have a bit of fun too. Im looking for 2 people, m or f, aged say 18 - 28 or something like that.
The house is a nice 3 bedroom place. Its got nice polished floors, good kitchen etc. There is heaps of room to store your stuff under the house too. Its only about 2 or 3 mins walk to the train station which is great for going to the city. Its also reasonably close if you go to Griffith.
I dont mind if ur a worker or go to uni. I will be furnishing the house, but if you have anything to bring, thats great too.
I dont move in till the 23rd April but i have pictures of the house from the current tennants on www.realestate.com.au under share houses (please note its not my furniture).
