This unit is extremely conveniently located on Penshurst St right outside a bus stop with express buses to the city, and is walking distance to Chatswood. There is a supermarket right across the road, and plenty of shops right next door.

Rent is cheap for the area. 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance required. Available on Saturday the 5th of July.
Anyone interested needs to be friendly, and willing to help to keep the place clean
I would prefer non-smokers but am willing to consider outside smokers.
