We are two relaxed females looking for a third person M/F to share with us. We are 22 and 25yo and both work full-time.
Our current flatemate is moving out as she is heading overseas, so we're looking for someone fun & friendly to replace her. (As sad as it sounds cause we love her!)
We live in a two-storey townhouse with quite a large downstair area, which is great for sharing. There is one bathroom & two toilets.
There is a garage, though it is currently occupied, & a space in the driveway to park. There is also plently of parking around the complex.
We are 10-15mins walk from Westfield Shopping Centre & the bus interchange.
Rent will be $90 per week (+ bond). Expenses shared.
The house is fully furnished except for the vacant room. BIR and a balcony off room. Nice size backyard.
It will be available to move into on 2 December 2006. But can be slightly flexible for the right person.
We are pretty chilled out & easy to live with & are searching for someone similar. We have mentioned that either M/F is fine, but ideally would love to get a guy in for a bit of balance.
