Large House. Both rooms have ceiling fans. one has a combustion heater and aeriel connected to roof antennae. The other has floor to ceiling mirrored built in robe. Both have ducted evaporative air conditioning. large block. large front and back lawns. seperate toilet from bathroom. good water pressure in shower. Thick bluestone walls. Oven is missing one element, but i have a toasting oven and a half sized portable oven and microwave. i have an 8 month old puppy so we're carefull what we put out the back at the moment, but she is very good with kids and other dogs just a little playfull and bounds of energy. I dont smoke so people go outside for a fag. Lots of fruit trees. Have a spare 3 seater couch. Have Fridge, Massive deep freeze and large washing machine and dryer. lots of other miscellaneous furniture, lampshades and curtains available for use to suit your taste.
