Information collected on Registration Forms

This information is collected in order for your contact details to be available to property owners, property seekers or real estate agents when they access your published "property record" or "property seeker's profile". You may choose not to display any of this information. If that is the case (you have chosen not to publish any of your contact information) you will only be contactable via e-mail which is sent through a form at www.yourestate.com.au (people accessing your record will not be able to see your e-mail address).

We also use your profile (like your e-mail address and name) and demographic (like post code and state) information to tailor your experience at our site and to show you the content that we think you may be interested in and to display content according to your preferences.

The Site may contain links to other web sites and these sites may have a different privacy policy to Yourestate. You should check their privacy policy before disclosing your personal information. Yourestate is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites, nor are we responsible for the use or disclosure by others of information you provide to any external sites.

Yourestate does not sell, rent or share your personal information with other persons or companies except to provide products and services you requested, when we have your permission.

Information about the types of properties you are interested in may be combined with other users information to make analysis about properties that users are searching for.

If you advertise properties for sale, rent or lease on the Site, information such as property price, address and property features will be stored in the statistical database after the property has been sold, rented or leased. This information may be combined with other properties' information for statistical analysis. The street numbers will not be published for such properties.

Your personal information may be disclosed in special circumstances where it is required by law, or if we have reason to believe it is necessary to identify or bring legal action against anybody damaging, injuring or interfering.
