You will be sharing with myself and I am a young hearted 42yr old with Christian values and love to entertain people. I dont drink or do drugs & prefer to have neither in my house but am not opposed to approved tenant going out to drink in moderation.
I am looking for someone similar age that is respectful, honest, cleans up after themselves and most importantly reliable in paying their expenses on time are considerate of others. Smokers will need to smoke outside.
