The Villa is perfectly situated at Casay which is a small peaceful barangay between Argao and Dalaguete at the south of Cebu. It is a destination for some of the tourists especially foreigners since there are lots of beauty spots around the area including one of the oldest church in the Philippines, the wonderful caves, Kawasan falls is also accessible from the location. There are also lots of beautiful beach resorts, and Argao is also a good place for nature tripping since you can do mountain biking, climbing, and trekking.
The Argao beach club is just few meters away which the favorite place of the former President Marcos was.
I designed the house with one of the best CAD tools and the target was to design a well functional
widely open, bright, house with big rooms and with separate living areas downstairs and upstairs.
