We just took out a 12 month lease on a 4 bedroom house in Macquarie St Chatswood.
The property has been recently renovated, and has large bedrroms with high ceilings. It also includes a balcony, front yard, and big backyard. It is located on a quiet street close to Chatswood CBD.
We are 2 young males, 20 and 22.
We are looking for 2 clean and easygoing flatmates to rent the other 2 rooms.
The lease is 12 months so we would prefer flatmates that want a longer term place to stay.
We will be moving in on Monday 28/9/2009, so either you can come and meet us beforehand, or come and have a look at the place then.
Rent is monthly, 4 weeks bond required.
